You will read and follow work instructions, perform quality inspections, and use calipers, dial indicators, and micrometers to verify specifications. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement on a 100% on-site shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience per regulations.
• Two years mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Must read and understand work instructions.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators).
• Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as required.

Responsabilités

• Operate machinery safely to meet productivity goals.
• Read, comprehend, and execute written instructions.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify product specs.
• Safely operate forklift if assigned and hold valid license.
• Identify and address nonconformities in product and process.
• Participate in continuous improvement and 5S housekeeping.
• Provide guidance to teammates as needed.
• Support training of lower-level staff and teamwork.
