Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead and train others in a production environment.
• Communicate written instructions effectively.
• Stand/walk for long periods and operate fork truck when needed.
• Read and interpret simple instructions and memos.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material handlers and coordinate daily materials activity.
• Ensure safety and quality procedures are followed across shifts.
• Maintain 5S and inventory accuracy (cycle counts, min/max).
• Use barcode scanners and ERP for inventory transfers and reporting.
• Support training of new team members and participate in meetings.
