Job summary

Bloom Energy in Newark, DE is seeking a Materials & Systems Analyst to improve inventory accuracy and manufacturing system performance through data analysis, audits, and cross-functional collaboration. The role reports to the Materials Manager and is fully on-site, five days a week.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing or materials management, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with ERP/MES, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, materials management, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience investigating inventory discrepancies and performing root-cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, Infor) or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Knowledge of cycle counting and inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate cycle count discrepancies, variances, and transactional issues to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Audit inventory transactions, work orders, receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
• Develop dashboards and reports to improve visibility of operational performance.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Train users on inventory management best practices and system transactions.
