Bloom Energy seeks a Materials & Systems Analyst to drive inventory accuracy and improve material flow. Based in Newark, DE, this on-site role partners with Operations, Materials Management, Manufacturing, IT and Continuous Improvement to identify root causes and implement corrective actions within ERP and MES environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, materials management, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and material transactions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and root causes; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to fix recurring issues.
• Audit inventory transactions, work orders, receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
• Support physical inventory and reconciliation; improve transaction accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to improve visibility of inventory and performance.
• Track KPIs related to inventory accuracy, production, and compliance.
• Assist in ERP/MES system development, testing, and enhancements.
• Gather requirements and work with IT to implement workflows and automation.
• Train users on inventory processes and ensure process compliance.
