Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, purchasing, inventory control or supplier management.
• Demonstrated cross‑functional material readiness, supply risk, product launch, or operational planning in a matrix environment.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills for leadership.
• Strong analytical capability to consolidate data into clear business insights and risk assessments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel expert-level; ERP/MRP knowledge; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Project or program management experience and familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own BU supply readiness assessments for NPI, engineering changes, product transfers, sustaining production, and growth plans.
• Maintain forward-looking view of material availability, parts, supplier capacity, lead times, and ramp requirements.
• Evaluate demand vs supply to identify constraints affecting launches, production, or commitments.
• Assess sole- and single-source exposure, supplier dependencies, and obsolescence risks.
• Quantify impact to revenue, commitments, production, and growth objectives.
• Maintain BU readiness dashboard and risk register with action owners and escalation status.
• Lead quarterly Supply Chain Readiness and Supplier Risk Reviews with BU and GSM leadership.
