Job summary

You will manage inventory, coordinate with Production and Procurement to prevent shortages, and oversee shipping, OTIF, and Kanban processes. Lean Daily Management and root-cause analysis are valued, with a path to proficiency in D365.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one to three years supervisory experience.
• Lean Daily Management background preferred.
• Root cause analysis background preferred.
• APICS trained preferred.
• Willingness to learn and become proficient in D365 is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the materials team including the plant scheduler, cycle count team, and forklift drivers.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with production regarding material control, consumption, repair, and scrap.
• Identify and elevate material shortages with Procurement and Production.
• Monitor shipping, order entry, and OTIF of Vertical integration parts.
• Oversee Min/Max and Kan Ban levels in the Vertical Integration Warehouse.
• Optimize raw material storage within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, ERP procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform related duties to ensure efficient operations.
