Job summary

American Trailer World seeks a Materials Manager to oversee purchasing, receiving, and storage of raw and finished goods across multi-site Texas and Oklahoma regions. Lead a lean, data-driven materials team and implement MRP, Kanban, and ERP strategies to scale operations.

The role partners with finance and procurement to ensure accurate cycle counts, vendor relations, and on-hand inventory while supporting MS Dynamics ERP initiatives and sales fulfillment. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of Manufacturing or Supply Chain experience.
• Kanban and MRP experience; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement materials management system.
• Oversee MRP, purchasing, receiving, inventory control and vendor relations.
• Support ERP MS Dynamics roadmap and implementation.
• Coordinate cycle count program with finance and verify inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement, production and scheduling to address shortages.
