Qualifications

• Needs leadership experience and ability to train others.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and communicate clearly.
• Must be able to stand, sit, or walk through shift.
• Capable of operating a forklift for most of the shift.
• Basic math and shop math skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• On-site attendance is essential.
• Must understand written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct material handlers across all materials activities.
• Ensure safety and quality procedures are followed.
• Lead daily activities in the Materials Department (5S, safety programs, training).
• Maintain inventory levels and cycle counts; report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with support teams and other departments as needed.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation in ERP systems.
• Load/unload trailers and stage orders as assigned.
• Provide training and ongoing development for team members.
