Job summary

Bridgewater Interiors III is seeking a Materials Supervisor to coordinate material control systems, shipments, and inventory on the shop floor. You will lead the material handling team, drive cycle counting, and oversee inbound/outbound activities to ensure timely, compliant operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervision in manufacturing, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (QAD preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Materials Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• JIT Automotive Sequencing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and formal problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; QAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all material control activities and inbound/outbound shipments.
• Coordinate warehouse layout and material handling on the shop floor.
• Train, coach, and develop the material handling team.
• Manage cycle counting and pull systems for each commodity.
• Oversee receiving, DMR processes, and input of receipts.
• Coordinate outbound shipment processes and customs compliance.
