You will oversee material handling, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers to keep deliveries on schedule while maintaining data integrity and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality systems and related BOS/EHS requirements.
• Understanding and applying product safety and compliance standards.
• Awareness of IT / information security and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Material Handling personnel and ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Monitor receipts and inventory data to maintain accurate production material stock.
• Assist cycle counters to ensure inventory accountability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to meet delivery schedules.
• Update computer data (trailer maps, locations) to ensure data integrity.
• Plan goals and development with each direct report.
• Arrange special pickups and deliveries and follow up.
• Review performance and coach employees regularly.
• Escalate unresolved issues to HR and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
