Job summary

Nextek, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead Materials operations in our Alabama facility. You will oversee inventory accuracy, coordinate material flow, and supervise a team of material personnel ensuring timely shipments and production support.

The role requires ERP/MRP experience (Epicor a plus), strong communication skills, and a track record in electronics manufacturing environments. On-site position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of MRP II / ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plus.
• Associate's degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions and safety rules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 3–5 years' experience in Materials Warehouse Operations in an electronics environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and trains Material personnel on processes and systems.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and conducts regular cycle counts.
• Coordinates flow of materials with Manufacturing Managers and Supervisors.
• Collaborates with coworkers and customers to share ideas constructively.
• Participates in hiring, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
