Job Description

Supervisor Warehouse is responsible for the physical material flow in the plant, ensuring customer orders are shipped on time and incoming material is received and stored in the proper location.

Essential Functions Of The Job

• Record receiving and distribution of goods (production material) in warehouse.
• Document goods flow within the plant.
• Meet monthly warehouse management deadlines.
• Cooperate on complaints resolution.
• Assist with inventorying.
• Update stock levels for material coordinators.
• Work independently and collaborate with the M/L department.
• Follow YF iOS work instructions and other warehouse management procedures.
• Participate in cost and turnover plan fulfillment.
• Support launch and balance out activities.
• Adhere to legal and environmental protection requirements.
• Understand, apply, and meet all function‑related quality requirements.
• Understand, apply, and meet all function‑related EHS requirements.
• Understand, apply, and meet all function‑related product safety requirements.
• Understand, apply, and meet all function‑related compliance requirements.
• Understand, apply, and meet all function‑related information security and confidentiality requirements.

Required Education

• Bachelor's Level Degree
• Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a similar field
• Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.

Required Qualifications

• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Computer literacy.
• Proficient organizational skills.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• 2–5 years of materials/warehouse management experience with previous people‑management responsibilities.
• 1–3 years of experience within the automotive industry.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants that may require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.
