The Materials Supervisor is responsible for leading material handling functions within warehouse or manufacturing plant with a strong focus on safety, inventory accuracy, 5S organization, and team accountability. This role ensures materials flow efficiently to production, shipping and receiving processes are executed with precision, and the material handlers operate with discipline, urgency, and ownership. The Materials Supervisor builds a culture where safety is non‑negotiable, standards are followed consistently, and results are delivered every day. Manage a team of 10-20 material handlers. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $68,000- $93,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
