Job summary

Skydio is seeking a Materials Program Manager to lead supply chain and materials planning for drones and docks. You will drive material strategy, manage CTB, and ensure on-time customer orders in a regulated environment.

Expect collaboration across manufacturing, program management, and design teams to optimize inventory and avoid obsolescence. Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in OEM/JDM/ODM hardware, strong data skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations.
• 4–6 years of related experience in OEM/JDM/ODM hardware business and CM experience.
• Strong analytical and data-based problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a collaborative team player.
• Knowledge of PLM software and ERP systems is a plus.
• On-site in Hayward, CA (3 days on site per week).

Responsibilities

• Plan BOM materials to ensure availability through the product lifecycle.
• Manage CTB to drive material readiness and inventory strategy.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks; escalate when needed.
• Use CTB to drive ECOs and minimize obsolescence.
• Collaborate with purchasing to drive supply commitments and resolve shortages.
• Work in a cross-functional team with manufacturing, program management, and design teams.
• Engage with system developers to improve internal tools.
