Job summary

Building Automation Products, Inc. (BAPI) is seeking a Receiving and Shipping Associate to ensure raw materials arrive on time and are properly stored, while supporting the shipping cell to deliver products to customers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork. Responsibilities include receiving/inspecting materials, data entry, packing, shipping via carriers, and occasional production floor assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Ability to enter data into computer systems accurately.
• Exceptional communication skills with teammates and vendors.
• Team player capable of supporting production and shipping functions.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials and parts, verify count and condition.
• Enter receiving information into the purchasing system and organize inventory (FIFO/FEFO).
• Package and ship products via commercial carriers, coordinate with Customer Service and Production Scheduler.
• Perform picking and order verification, maintain Finished Goods Inventory by location.
• Assist on the production floor as needed and support overall inventory accuracy.
