Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Materials Science or related discipline.
• Completion of multiple semesters of Materials Science and/or Chemistry coursework is required.
• Interest in Lean Six Sigma yellow belt for process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete an initial training assignment to become familiar with chemical information curation at CAS.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to evaluate the workflow and identify opportunities to improve content.
• Connect across the organization through the Summer Intern Program to build professional relationships.
• Stay abreast of the latest scientific trends through training opportunities.
