Qualifications
- Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or other related technical degree
- Completion of at least sophomore year of study by the summer of 2027
Responsibilities
- Daily review of production process data
- Analyze disposition of non-conforming product
- Participate on quality improvement teams
- Conduct and analyze mill experiments
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Analyze current operating performance and standard operating procedures and make recommendations for improvement
- Various other projects as needed to support the business
