Qualifications

  • MS or PhD in a related Engineering field.
  • Background in physical metallurgy, materials science, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with powdered metals, hard metals, metal alloys, or industrial ceramics.
  • Hands-on laboratory, research, or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute multi-site test plans to support process development and quality improvements.
  • Manage engineering projects through data-driven analysis and validation activities.
  • Drive projects to completion with clear stakeholder communication.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in materials and manufacturing technologies.
  • Serve as on-site technical resource for manufacturing and quality issues.
  • Analyze engineering drawings and material requirements; perform measurements.
