Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years in manufacturing process support in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, Lean, and operational excellence.
• Working knowledge of statistical analysis and process control tools.
• Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, improve, and document metallurgical and manufacturing processes to ensure quality, safety, and performance.
• Provide daily engineering support for furnace room, chemical plant, blending, and screening areas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and process issues to minimize downtime and defects.
• Monitor process controls and ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
• Lead capital projects from design to validation and training.
