The Materials & Scheduling Manager will own the flow of materials from receiving through warehouse storage, production support, WIP, packaging, and outbound shipment. This role is not just about managing warehouse activity. It is about improving inventory accuracy and visibility, strengthening control of WIP, simplifying material movement, supporting effective pull systems, and creating practical systems that help the operation run more predictably.

This role is ideal for someone who has successfully led materials, material flow, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment and understands how materials move through production from receipt through shipment. In this role, you will serve as the key leader responsible for material movement, inventory accuracy, WIP control and visibility, warehouse organization, packaging flow, outbound shipping, and production scheduling. You will work closely with Operations, Production, Quality, Sales, and Engineering to ensure materials are available, visible, traceable, and moving efficiently through the business. Success in this role will come from simplifying complicated processes, improving inventory accuracy and material flow, strengthening pull systems and WIP visibility, coaching developing team members, and creating practical systems that make the operation more predictable every day.
