Job summary

You will perform visual, dimensional, and functional checks, document results, and notify teams of deviations. The role includes supporting root cause investigations, supplier coordination, and training staff on inspection procedures.

Qualifications

• ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level I in Visual Inspection is required.
• Experience with dimensional inspection equipment (tape measures).
• Strong ability to interpret compliance documents (POs, NCRs, SCARs).
• Warehouse and inventory management experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures precisely.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests on materials and components.
• Interpret drawings and purchase orders to verify conformance.
• Record results, release conforming materials, and document discrepancies.
• Contribute to root cause investigations and CAPA actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Train others in inspection procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain inspection records, certificates of analysis, and reports.
