Job summary

EPIC PIPING, LLC is seeking a clerical candidate to perform data entry, verify delivery paperwork, and assist with yard operations. This role involves noting issues with deliveries, maintaining filing systems, and processing MTRs.

Responsibilities include inputting receipts into the JDE system, verifying documentation accuracy, printing barcodes, and supporting yard foremen with delivery-related issues. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 2-3 years in pipe fabrication experience

Qualifications

• Data entry of receipts and paperwork into systems.
• Verify accuracy of all delivery paperwork.
• Address delivery issues with vendors or internal departments.
• Process Material Test Reports (MTRs).
• Print barcode labels for material.

Responsibilities

• Input material receipts into JDE system
• Verify accuracy of all paperwork pertaining to delivery
• Address any issues pertaining to delivery with vendor and/or internal department managers
• Process Material Test Reports (MTR’s)
• Printing of bar code labels for material
• Assist yard foremen with issues pertaining to deliveries
• Maintain a document as well as a visual board of the material yard locations
• Maintain filing system
