Qualifications

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of quality systems, lean principles, corrective action processes, and nonconformance management.
• Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems is a plus.
• Desirable familiarity with CAD drawings/specifications and QA/QC certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, or IATF 16949.

Responsibilities

• Perform data-driven analysis to improve packaging for top non-conforming suppliers and material types.
• Conduct cycle counts and inspect inventory to correct and contain conforming versus non-conforming materials.
• Create and expand a digital parts visual database to support augmented picking technology.
