Role Summary
The Materials Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing complex, cross-
functional materials programs from strategy through implementation. This role partners closely
with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to
align program objectives with broader business goals. Success in this role requires deep
program and risk management expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and experience in
the dental or medical device industries.
Responsibilities
● Drive strategic program planning and execution across multiple concurrent materials
programs.
● Partner cross-functionally to align priorities and ensure program success across R&D,
regulatory and clinical teams..
● Monitor program performance and timelines; prepare and maintain detailed
dashboards and reports.
● Assign roles and responsibilities across teams, and implement scalable systems and
processes to support execution.
● Conduct risk assessments and lead mitigation planning and implementation.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings using Agile frameworks to drive alignment and
● Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships; provide visibility into
risks, deliverables, and progress.
● Contribute to organizational capability building through continuous improvement
initiatives and program management training.
● Develop clear and concise program communications tailored for leadership, project
teams, and external partners.
● Deliver executive materials updates and weekly reporting, including risks, issues, and
● Coordinate a variety of projects by managing deliverables, timing, risks and
communication of project status to the greater team
● Work with teams to develop processes, establish leading practices and coach team
members to adopt the processes
● Manage the project life cycle of product/resin from development through
implementation
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 4+ years,
or 10+ years of related industry experience.
● Must be able to work onsite in Huntington Beach
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills
● Demonstrated program and budget management experience.
● Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
● Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
● Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
● Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Jira, Scrum, SAFe).
● Lean or Six Sigma certification.
● Experience in materials or supply chain management within the dental, healthcare, or

● International experience or Mandarin language skills a plus.
