Job summary

Experis Austria is seeking a Materials Program Manager in North Reading, MA to oversee end-to-end material readiness from NPI to GA. You will drive governance, lead ECO-to-PO changes, and build dashboards for risk mitigation.

The role requires 5+ years in material program management in hardware, strong BOM maturity skills, and ERP/MRP experience (Oracle/SAP). You’ll collaborate across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality to ensure supply readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in material program management or hardware supply chain
• Experience with BOM maturity tracking
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle or SAP)
• Strong cross-functional influence across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality
• Data-driven approach with dashboards and risk mitigation

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end material readiness across the product lifecycle
• Manage Material Readiness Report visibility into material risks, lead times, supply health, and build readiness
• Lead material program governance including ECO-to-PO changes to avoid production disruption
• Develop dashboards, trackers, and escalation frameworks for proactive risk mitigation
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality to manage BOM maturity and resolve shortages
