Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a WW Materials Program Manager to drive materials readiness and visibility within the Procurement organization. The role focuses on CTB management, allocation strategies, and supplier collaboration to ensure timely production.

You will partner with contract manufacturers and internal teams to optimize material flow, forecast coverage, and risk mitigation across programs. Strong analytical and Excel/SQL tooling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain operations, materials management, procurement, or manufacturing planning.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheet modeling for demand matching and risk assessment.
• Experience collaborating with CM/OEM partners on materials and planning.

Responsibilities

• Clear-to-Build (CTB) management with visibility on materials supply and constraints.
• Develop allocation strategies across factories, programs, and lines of business.
• Influence Demand Planning and Strategic Sourcing to optimize allocation and revenue.
• Identify material risk and lead mitigation actions for leadership.
• Develop roadmap for obsolescence and new product materials.
• Prepare materials updates and executive summaries for weekly reviews.
• Ensure material flow supports production schedules and inventory control.
