ESAero seeks an experienced Materials Program Manager to lead material planning, procurement, and logistics for large-scale manufacturing projects. You will coordinate with project management, procurement, production, and engineering to ensure on-time material readiness, optimize inventory, and strengthen supplier performance.

The role requires 7+ years in materials management, expediting, or supply chain operations, with ERP/MRP proficiency (NetSuite) and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in materials management, expediting, or supply chain operations for large manufacturing projects.
• Strong understanding of material tracking, expediting, and supplier coordination.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for material flow on large projects, expediting to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and execute comprehensive material strategies aligned with project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor and expedite material movement from suppliers to delivery, resolving delays proactively.
• Collaborate with project management, procurement, production, and engineering to align material needs with schedules.
• Manage and improve inventory control to avoid shortages or excess.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships for timely, quality deliveries.
• Track KPIs such as material readiness, lead times, supplier performance, and project fulfillment.
• Leverage ERP/MRP systems for real-time visibility of inventory and delivery status.
• Lead a team of planners, coordinators, and warehouse staff to achieve material logistics goals.
• Support cost containment and process improvements in procurement and material flow.

Job Summary:

This role is critical to ensuring that the right materials are sourced, delivered, and available at the right time to meet demanding project schedules. The successful candidate will bring deep experience in supply chain coordination and project-driven material management within complex manufacturing environments.

Responsibilitiesand Duties:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all material flow related to large projects, acting as an expeditor to track and ensuretimelydelivery of components.

• Develop and execute comprehensive material strategies that align with project timelines and production milestones.

• Monitor andexpeditethe movement of materials from suppliers through to delivery, proactively resolving delays or supply issues.

• Collaborate closely with project management, procurement, production, and engineering teams to align material needs with production schedules.

• Manage and continuously improve inventory control processes, ensuring materials are available without excess or shortages.

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely and quality material deliveries.

• Track and report key performance indicators such as material readiness, lead times, supplier performance, and project fulfillment metrics.

RequiredQualificationsand Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in materials management,expediting, or supply chain operations supporting large manufacturing projects.

• Strong understanding of material tracking, expediting, and supplier coordination.

• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g.NetSuite)and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• APICS/CPIM or PMP certification is a plus.
