The role involves negotiating pricing, resolving shipment issues, and ensuring BOM accuracy. Candidates should have at least 3 years of material planning experience and 1-2 years in supply chain or OEM management, preferably with semiconductor knowledge. This position demands strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in supply chain or OEM management.
• 3+ years in material planning.
• Semiconductor experience (PCBA, SMT-PCBA builds).

Responsibilities

• Monitor material status and delivery schedules to prevent delays.
• Resolve shortages via suppliers, brokers, or customer coordination.
• Negotiate pricing and lead times with brokers.
• Provide material quotations and oversee logistics for on-time delivery.
• Address shipment issues (quality, RMA, repairs, returns).
• Coordinate with QA and receiving teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure BOM accuracy and align with production plans.
• Expedite materials, manage PO issues, and support buyers.
• Handle customs documentation to avoid delays.

Day to Day responsibilities
