Job summary

Cloud Network Technology USA, INC. is seeking a Supply Chain professional to ensure supply and demand for production use and maintain healthy inventory turns.

You will ensure material availability for daily production demands, analyze material status, collaborate with cross-functional teams for order planning and fulfillment, and mitigate shortages through escalation; manage ECN/EOL changes and PPV tracking.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
• SAP/Oracle knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability to meet daily production demands
• Analyze daily material status and report shortages in daily conference calls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for order planning and fulfillment
• Mitigate shortages through escalation
• Manage material changes due to ECN and EOL
• Perform ROP sizing monthly
• Conduct weekly E&O analysis with root-cause and action plans
• Lead quarterly external E&O reviews
• Manage PPV and follow the SUK process
• Perform other duties as assigned

Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability in meeting daily production demands to achieve goals and metrics.
• Analyze daily material status and present shortages to customers in daily conference calls.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure order planning and fulfillment.
• Mitigate material shortages through internal and external escalation.
• Perform unplanned component demand verification and upload.
• Manage material requirement changes and dispositions due to ECN (engineering change notification) and product EOL (end of life).
• Perform ROP (re-order point) sizing activities monthly.
• Perform weekly internal E&O (excess and obsolete) analysis including root cause and action plans.
• Perform quarterly external E&O review process.
• Manage PPV (price purchase variance) and adhere to established SUK (single user kanban) process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain required, Master’s degree preferred.
• 0- 3 years Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Contract manufacturing experience is a plus.
