Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in materials engineering or related field required.
  • 5+ years in M&P with nickel-based superalloys.
  • 1+ year experience with additive manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Establish factory standards; define processes and NDT/NDI methods.
  • Develop welding/brazing joints for vehicle components.
  • Own material databases; characterize physical, mechanical, and thermal properties.
  • Advance LPBF processes for nickel-based superalloys; collaborate with teams.
  • Lead rapid root-cause investigations using metallography and mechanical tests.
  • Provide sign-off on drawings, specs, and designs; support complex hardware challenges.
  • Recruit, mentor, and grow a world-class M&P team.
