AriensCo is seeking a motivated Process Technician to support the Materials team at our Fayetteville, TN location. This role ensures inventory accuracy and efficient material flow by coordinating with Materials, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Starting pay is $22/hour for 1st shift (4:30 AM–3:00 PM, Mon–Thu). You’ll help maintain standard work, drive improvements, and support new product launches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience applying lean principles to drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement projects of varying size and scope.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Live and promote AriensCo core values and 15 Principles.
• Wear appropriate PPE.
• Conduct cycle timing/line balancing.
• Support updating standard work and binder.
• Identify and implement VA/VE projects.
• Support process audits.
• Support torque audits.
• Support CI log process.
• Support safety/ergo team.
• New line layout/setup.
• Support new technology integration.
• Identify and implement new tooling.
• Audit tooling/fixtures.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues.
• Submit maintenance/SAFA requests.
• PV build support.
• DV build support.
• Manage impact of PCS changes on the line.
• Train and develop others as necessary.
