Responsibilities

• Develop processes, define controls, and institute variability reduction in material processing areas.
• Perform daily audits to ensure procedures are followed on the manufacturing floor.
• Update area procedures to reduce process variation and improve clarity.
• Perform data analysis to identify and control process excursions.
• Drive process and improvement initiatives and participate in NPI teams.
• Interface with manufacturing, management, suppliers, and customers.
