Job summary

Generac in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Materials Process Analyst responsible for all internal processes and ERP material flow from inbound supplier material through outbound finished goods. This role focuses on improving efficiencies, on-time delivery, and inventory turns by applying Generac’s operating model.

You will document and implement standard work, lead system improvements, and partner with sourcing, quality, and production to meet KPIs and ensure uninterrupted material movement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years related experience in business or supply chain.
• 5+ years’ experience in material control systems and processes.
• Proven track record for performance and progression within operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures efficient and accurate materials presentation to support material flow.
• Maintains warehousing operations including staging, cycle count, and storage.
• Documents and uses ERP for material flow from inbound to outbound shipments.
• Oversees inventory management and material control against guidelines.
• Collaborates with Quality, Purchasing and Production to meet KPIs.
• Acts as SAP Super User within assigned areas.
