Job summary

Permobil is hiring for a Materials Prep in Lebanon, TN. This full-time, first shift role involves accurate daily picks, safe operation of warehouse machinery, and ensuring inventory accuracy. You will report discrepancies, maintain performance metrics, and support other departments as needed.

Starting pay is $18–$20 per hour with overtime potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA matching, and a strong, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Basic math functions.
• Proficient with RP scanner.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred and at least 1 year related experience is preferred.
• Indoor, moderately temperature controlled environment.
• Moderate physical activity includes bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Tools: utility knife, counter scale, measuring devices, calculator, RF scanner, computer, cherry picker lift.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily picks accurately and report discrepancies to the inventory team.
• Keep error rates minimal and meet performance measurements: quantity, accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness.
• Operate all machinery safely and report safety hazards to supervisor or safety manager.
• Maintain a good attendance record and assist other departments with miscellaneous duties.
