NORY is seeking a dependable Night Shift Studio Assistant for our NYC summer camp operations. This hands-on role involves prepping, organizing, and packing enrichment materials to support STEM education for thousands of children, with a focus on staying organized and efficient during overnight hours.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to lift 20+ lbs, comfortable with power tools, and able to work independently on a night schedule.

• Preparing enrichment program materials (arts & crafts and engineering/tech materials).

NORY is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Night Shift Studio Assistant to support our summer camp operations. This hands-on role involves prepping, organizing, and packing enrichment materials to help bring STEM education to life for thousands of children. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes work and takes pride in staying organized and efficient.

Qualities We're Seeking:

• Reliable, punctual, and focused
• Knowledgable about prepping and packing materials
• Hardworking, very organized, and efficient at multitasking
• Strong attention to detail and memory retention
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with basic math knowledge
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hoursArtistic creativity is a plus

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing enrichment program materials (arts & crafts and engineering/tech materials)

Requirements:

• Familiarity with city navigation to perform occasional material deliveries
• No experience necessary, but comfortability with operating power tools
• Ability to stand, bend over, walk, etc., for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs
• Familiarity with city navigation is a plus (for occasional material deliveries)

Work Schedule:

• Standard night shift: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• We prefer regular hours, 20-40 hours per week
• Extended hours may be available based on performance and team needs

Compensation:

• $17 per hour
