• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with sophomore status at start of internship/co-op.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead three major initiatives: packaging improvement, material handling optimization, and container fleet utilization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Materials, Production, Engineering, Quality, Suppliers).
• Track project metrics, milestones, and risks; maintain documentation.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
