Job summary

Newberry Tanks is seeking a Materials Planning & Procurement Specialist to balance inventory, supplier performance, cost, and production needs to ensure a reliable flow of materials across the organization in Memphis, TN.

You will analyze demand and inventory data, manage supplier relationships, support new products and engineering changes, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing supply chains to bolster production schedules and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of materials planning, procurement, supply chain, or inventory management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems (Sage preferred).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of inventory planning concepts, including lead times, safety stock, Kanban, and replenishment methods.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
