Job summary

acsius is seeking a Materials Manager to oversee material planning, inventory control, and ERP/MRP processes. You will coordinate with procurement, production planning, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and optimize stock levels.

The role requires strong data analysis, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead material control teams and drive continuous improvement in inventory and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in materials management, inventory control, or supply chain.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and ERP/MRP systems.
• Analytical and data-driven with solid decision-making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems like Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Develop material plans to support production schedules and demand.
• Monitor and minimize inventory levels while ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers for timely delivery.
• Support production planning and manage material readiness for launches.
• Communicate material status and recovery plans to stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory turns and on-time delivery.
• Lead and develop material control and planning personnel.
