• Bachelor's degree in supply chain-related field required.
• CPIM or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and material scheduling to support customer demand and manufacturing requirements.
• Manage customer releases, EDI demand schedules, and production plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement recovery plans for shortages, capacity constraints, and disruptions.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and drive accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and collaborate with suppliers to ensure material availability.
• Monitor key performance indicators: schedule adherence, inventory accuracy, days on hand; drive continuous improvement.
