Qualifications

• Ability to clearly document technical and quality‑related information.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional, production‑focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily receiving of deliveries and discrepancies.
• Update schedule agreement validity period and close inactive agreements.
• Process defective material returns to suppliers and identify DMs to close.
• Identify exceptions in MD04 and work with planners to mitigate.
• Identify possible shortages and communicate with planners.
• Review LTMR notes to provide the most recent activity.
• Identify and reduce duplicate inbound deliveries.
• Match invoices to receipts.
