Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Associates degree or enrollment in classes towards Associates degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills required.
• General knowledge of personal computers (MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint; ERP system).
• Flexible Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate Ship, Press, Assembly and Raw Material schedules to meet production demand.
• Administer company policies, procedures and practices consistently.
• Lead coaching and problem-solving activities to maintain productive relations with Associates.
• Remain accessible to Associates and respond to concerns, complaints, problems, or suggestions.
• Use leadership and motivation to maintain a productive department work group.
• Plan and execute daily activities according to production requirements.
