Ryder System, Inc. in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a Materials Planning Coordinator II to support cross dock operations. You will schedule inbound trailers and log material into the customer’s system, acting as a liaison between Ryder and the customer.

This full-time hourly role requires a HS diploma and at least three years in material planning or with host inventory systems. You will collaborate across teams in a fast-paced logistics environment to ensure smooth material flow.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in material planning or cross dock role.
• Experience with host systems/inventory software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound trailers to the dock.
• Enter material into the customer's system.
• Troubleshoot material that cannot be processed.
• Handle processing of hot parts.
• Field calls and questions about material in the cross dock.
• Update material flow information in the cross dock database.
• Monitor supplier/carrier non-conformance and log issues.
• Ensure material flows smoothly and information is shared with the customer and Ryder.
