Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Forklift Operators in Spring Hill, Tennessee for 2nd shift with paid training and weekly pay. Positions involve operating sit-down forklifts and supporting automotive parts distribution in clean, organized facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Meet performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during the core shift hour.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $20.33 per hour
• Overtime Pay $30.50 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.25 per hour when assigned to second shift
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 4:00 pm - 12:30 am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
