Job summary

Infleqtion, a global quantum technology company, is seeking a Materials Planner III to translate demand into material plans and support production milestones. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to operate with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with procurement, production, engineering, quality, and program management to identify shortages, manage inventory, and optimize planning using MRP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of experience in materials planning, production planning, inventory management, or related supply chain function.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex material plans, multiple programs, or competing production priorities.
• Strong knowledge of MRP and ERP systems, including interpreting planning outputs and resolving exceptions.
• Experience with bills of material, work orders, inventory records, lead times, and engineering changes.
• Understanding of inventory management practices, demand and supply balancing, and production scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and analysis of large data sets.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills across procurement, production, engineering, quality, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand into material plans to support production schedules and milestones.
• Identify shortages and supply risks; escalate and coordinate actions with procurement and production.
• Balance delivery commitments with inventory investment and changing priorities.
• Mentor less experienced team members and improve planning processes.
