Benchmark in Minnesota, Rochester is seeking a procurement professional to manage materials for production and MRO needs. You will analyze orders, execute MRP weekly, and work to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

The role requires strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills, with a preference for a 4-year degree or equivalent, and APICS certification being a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyzes customer purchase orders for compliance to BHE or customer’s contract terms.
• Analyzes and executes Materials Requirement Plan (MRP) on a weekly basis.
• Continuously monitors materials pipeline to meet MRP requirements.
• Attains inventory goals for assigned customers or commodities.
• Ensures material availability to support production per the Master Production Schedule.
• Executes negotiated terms with suppliers to reduce costs and improve terms.
• Maintains data integrity to minimize material liability and optimize working capital.
• Addresses issues by coordinating with procurement teams and vendors.
