Vesuvius USA is seeking a Raw Material Controller to coordinate material flow, maintain computerized records, and estimate raw material needs for mix orders.
The role involves working with JD Edwards and Excel, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with global vendors and production teams to ensure timely material delivery and production continuity.
Coordinating the flow of materials between Vesuvius and various suppliers. Create and maintain computerized records of these movements. Computation of the amounts of material or items required for specific mix orders is a responsibility of the Raw Material Controller. Must have knowledge of product manufacturing and related processes to successfully estimate how much raw material is required. At times this position will also be responsible for material orders globally for Vesuvius. Knowing how to create, compile and maintain computerized records is an essential job duty of the Raw Material Controller. Records need to be able to verify inventory numbers and locations and to have available in the instance of an audit. Various software programs will be utilized to help with inventory control.

Qualifications:
Experience making CAD models and CAD drawings with full dimensioning and tolerancing
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office is strongly preferred
