Job summary

Clayton Homes in Morristown, IN, is seeking teammates for 1st shift in Materials/Picking. You will move products, help organize materials, and coordinate with supervisors on the yard and warehouse floor.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, documenting materials, and supporting quarterly inventory. 50 lb lifting and outdoor work are common; strong teamwork and safety mindset are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to read product descriptions and assist with picking orders.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

• Movement of products and basic organization of product to specified areas of the facility.
