Clayton Homes is seeking a Materials/Picking Associate for the 2nd shift in Morristown, IN. The role involves moving products, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining accurate documentation in an outdoor, changeable environment.

Candidates should be able to pass a forklift operation test, demonstrate basic math skills, and communicate clearly with team members. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with opportunities for benefits and growth within Clayton Supply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write clearly and professionally.
• Basic mathematical skills for counting, measuring, and inventory counts.
• Ability to identify product descriptions when picking orders.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Move products and organize items to designated areas.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Receive returned materials and complete related paperwork.
• Assist with quarterly inventory and documentation quality.
• Collaborate with Yard Supervisor and Materials Manager to ensure accuracy.
