Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FED division is seeking a Materials Operations Manager to lead materials flow, scheduling, and inventory control within a factory setting. The role ensures alignment with the Master Production Schedule provided by the Network Planning team via the SIOP process.

The candidate will drive short-term production scheduling, maintain cycle-counted inventory accuracy, and manage inbound/outbound logistics. ITAR-compliant work eligibility is required, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years combined experience in Materials, Operations and/or Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum two years of people management experience.
• Minimum two years of ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production in the short term horizon based on the S&OE processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through accurate cycle counting.
• Move materials through the facility and manage logistics.
• Administer indirect and MRO purchasing function according to Eaton policies and practices.
• Monitor execution of production schedule defined by the Network and escalate material availability.
