Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering concentration.
• 7+ years in materials/manufacturing or supply chain/program management.
• Experience in materials management, project execution, and manufacturing.
• Excel and database expertise.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proven project/program management with cross-functional teams.
• High ownership and accountability for results.
• Experience with statistical materials control tools.
• Change-agent with facilitative leadership and problem solving.
• Experience with new product introductions (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Lead Materials Operations: Receiving, Shipping, Material Delivery; align with plant goals.
• Drive Continuous Improvement through Appliance Production System and Kaizen.
• Develop team through coaching, goal setting, and training; emphasize safety, quality, cost.
• Ensure defect-free material flow in collaboration with Quality and Engineering.
• Promote safety culture via audits and root-cause analysis.
